Light House

A new house for a couple retiring to their dream location, the Golightly House is big on amenity but small in footprint.

We designed this house in Point Lonsdale to be two distinct sections, so the owners could live in one part, and effectively shut off the remainder of the house where their adult children & grandchildren stay when they visit.

We achieved a 7.2 star energy rating, creating a beautiful house which the clients love, and an efficient floorplan/layout that keeps heating & cooling costs to a minimum.
